We’ve made getting care as simple and fast as possible. Here’s how to reach us, what to expect, and how we handle insurance.
Telehealth
Most visits happen by secure video from wherever you are in the islands — no travel, no waiting room. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer. Learn more about telehealth psychiatry.
New Patients & Getting Started
Starting is easy: reach out by phone, text, or our appointment request, and our team will verify your insurance, match you with the right provider, and get you scheduled — often the same week. New here? Contact us and we’ll take it from there.
Same-Day Access (when available)
We offer same-day access for urgent mental-health needs. If you need psychiatric help quickly, see Same-Day & Crisis Care. If you are in a mental-health crisis, call the Hawai‘i Crisis Line at 808-832-3100 (O‘ahu) or 800-753-6879 (neighbor islands), or 988. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Insurance Accepted
We accept Med-QUEST (Medicaid), Medicare, and most major commercial plans. See the full list of accepted plans.
