Primary care is coming to Honolulu in October 2026. In-office primary care is available now in Hilo through Ohana Care Clinic. Please note: all new primary care patients are seen in office for their first visit; telehealth may be available for follow-up visits after that. Mental health care can be done by video telehealth from your very first visit. A live video connection is required for a first telehealth visit — a phone call alone is not enough under Hawaii law.
