OhanaPsych Facility-Based Care brings licensed psychiatric and behavioral-health care directly to older adults living in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and residential care settings across Hawaiʻi. We partner with your clinical team to improve resident well-being, reduce behavioral challenges, and meet the documentation and survey standards your facility is held to — with the cultural respect our kūpuna deserve.
We start from lōkahi (balance) and mālama (careful stewardship), and most care is delivered on-site or by secure telehealth. Medicaid (QUEST), Medicare, and most major plans accepted.
What we provide on-site
Psychiatric evaluations with careful differential diagnosis (distinguishing dementia, delirium, depression, and medication effects); ongoing medication management and deprescribing; behavioral care planning with your staff; and documentation that supports your survey and regulatory requirements. Care is delivered in person and by secure telehealth across the islands.
