See What People Say About Us
So very thankful to OhanaPsych! After searching for weeks and dozens of phone calls, I was referred to them by a social worker. I spoked to Keshia who sent me a form to fill out via text and 2 hours later I'm on a video chat with Dr. George Mackel. We talked for over an hour and my next appointment is next week. I thought I would need to wait till March 2025 because no one would help me. Thank you Dr. Mackel and your wonderful staff!

Mavis
After years if searching for a pyschiatrist that would listen and be compassionate towards me I finally found the right one, and I am so grateful. As a veteran the VA can be very neglectful when it comes to mental health within the system so I finally asked for community care and was directed towards OhanaHealth all the staff I have encountered have been so polite, kind and professional. I am finally able to find some relief in my day to day struggles thanks to my new mental health doctor. I highly recommend anyone searching for mental health help to reach out to them.

I highly recommend OhanaPsych. Dr Markel was deeply caring, patient, took time to explain everything to me, and I could tell he truly cared about helping me and the situation I’m in (what a rare treasure this is in medicine these days). I was extremely impressed with the quick response times, the emphasis on helping me find realistic solutions, and the empathy and space that Mr Markel holds for his patients. I feel like I’m in caring and expert hands here!
