To become a new client, please fill out your information and submit.  We will call you to schedule your first appointment.  Clients that are wanting to come in for psychiatric evaluation and medicine management – our goal is for you to be seen within 2 weeks.  Clients that are in mental health crisis – our goal is to see you within 2 to 48 hours.  We will have to gather some demographic information, sign consent forms, and typically we do a trial run with our virtual treatment rooms to make sure that you are able to connect.
