Dylan Richmond, PMHNP-BC, is originally from Utah and earned his Nursing degree from Utah Valley University. He later completed his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Alabama. Before pursuing psychiatric care, Dylan spent years working in critical care settings across the country, including neuro, cardiovascular, trauma, medical, and emergency intensive care units. Most recently, he served as a flight nurse in Hawaii, caring for critically ill patients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for the connection between physical and mental health and inspired his transition into psychiatric practice.

Dylan is particularly passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. He also has a special interest in supporting healthcare professionals and first responders, recognizing the unique stressors and challenges that often accompany these demanding careers. His approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect, with a focus on helping clients build resilience, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical tools for lasting growth and well-being.

Dylan strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. He believes meaningful change occurs when people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and are supported in becoming the best version of themselves.
